Step 2 - Connect your WWW CNAME to MobileMe.com
First, you need to login to your Domain Control Panel, this gives you access to the DNS Manager interface. Then, delete the following unwanted record:

Great! Now add a new DNS CNAME record:
1) www CNAME web.me.com
Once done, your domain name DNS should look as follows:

That's all there is to it! Allow up to 72 hours for your DNS to fully propagate.
Step 3 - Connect your domain without WWW to MobileMe.com
By default, Apple only recommend you to connect the WWW version of your domain name, for example: http://www.yourdomain.co.uk, to your MobileMe account. In our experience, we find many people will type your domain name into their browser without the www, eg: http://yourdomain.co.uk.
In order to configre your domain without the www, go to Connect to MobileMe without WWW Prefix FAQ entry.
