Domain Names - Forward email to external email address

Home > Domains > F.A.Q. > Domain email forwarding

Can I forward my domain email to another address?

Yes! Any email sent to anyone@yourdomain.co.uk can be forwarded to the email address of your choice. This is called a "catch-all" forwarder.

You can also create email aliases (or forwarding aliases) so that you can specify the prefix and to which email address this prefix should forward:

eg. tom@yourdomain.co.uk can go to tomsmith@hotmail.co.uk

Catch-all email forwarding is not as useful as it used to be due to the increased levels of spam you can expect to receive due to spambots 'guessing' email prefixes on your domain name.

We recommend creating email forwarding aliases to minimise spam.
