Domain Names - Still showing as available in Domain Search

Why is my domain is still showing as available?

Once you have paid for your domain name, your domain registration is submitted to the appropriate registry and then immediately registered. If your domain name is still showing as available then verify the following:

1) Have you paid for your domain name?

2) Are your address details correct?

For .UK domain names, if your postcode does not correctly match your address then Nominet (the UK domain registrar) automatically decline your registration request until the correct details are submitted.

In either case, you should contact the Helpdesk to investigate further.
