Legacy Server Group MICROLITE9 ->8 Consolidation - Completed
As part of our performance improvement programme we are replacing server group MICROLITE9. We are migrating ALL client accounts from MICROLITE9 to MIROLITE8. All data, settings, usernames and passwords will be retained and transferred. The only noticeable change will be if you access the panel directly in which case simply use http://www.microlite8.com:8443 instead of http://www.microlite9.com:8443. For your domain names please use ns.microlite8.com and ns2.microlite8.com for reference this server. If you must access the server directly via IP please use the IP address 184.173.23.13. We will ensure to keep any service interruption to a minimum. Please report any problems you experience. Thank you for your patience.

As part of our performance improvement programme we are replacing server group MICROLITE25. We are migrating ALL client accounts from MICROLITE25 to MIROLITE5. For your domain names please use ns.microlite5.com and ns2.microlite5.com for reference this server. If you must access the server directly via IP please use the IP address 184.173.23.61. Network Status - Network operations and performance level:
- London Datacentre (UK) -> Normal - no issues
- Houston Datacentre (US) -> Normal - no issues
Ticket Status - Tickets are currently being responded to: < 1 business hour
Weekly Maintenance: All Servers - Saturday evenings from 22:00
We perform weekly maintenance to all servers on a Sunday evening between 2200 and 0400. This time has shown to be the least active period for the servers and so any maintenance will have minimal effect.
