Network Status
1400 - 3rd May 2010 - We are currently experiencing intermittent connectivity issues for some servers on our network due to a router fault. Traffic destined for this router may have experienced a failure to communicate within our core network and to several Internet transit providers directly connected to this border router. We are working through a root cause analysis and we’ve isolated this router from our network to prevent further issues. We have escalated the issue to our vendor for further analysis.
1600 - 3rd May 2010 - We are pleased to report that the network disruption has been resolved, and you should now have full connectivity to your server(s).
Our analysis shows that a router caused the network disruption; and it has been repaired.
If you are continuing to have difficulty accessing your server please update this ticket with a traceroute (tracert on windows) and the source IP address(http://whatismyip.com).
Order Status - Order processing is up to date and current..
Ticket Status - Tickets are currently being responded to in less than 24 hours..
Weekly Maintenance: All Servers - Saturday evenings from 22:00
We perform weekly maintenance to all servers on a Sunday evening between 2200 and 0400. This time has shown to be the least active period for the servers and so any maintenance carried out should have minimal effect.
