MICROLITE2.COM / Online Ticketing
- 18th January 2012 - We have suffered a hardware failure on our primary site cluster, this has prevented clients accessing our site, domain control panel, helpdesk and other support resources. We are working to resume services as quickly as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused at this time.
- 19th January 2012 - 0600 - The restore is almost complete. The Online Helpdesk Ticketing system will be restored and active by 1300 today. We apologise for any inconvenience caused at this time.
- 1330 - The Online Helpdesk Ticketing system will be activated shortly. We thank you for your patience.
- 1415 - The Online Helpdesk Ticketing system is now live. Submit new tickets for any problems you have.
Server Status - Server operations and performance:
- DNS Servers -> Normal - no issues
- Plesk Servers -> Normal - no issues
- Ensim Servers -> Normal - no issues
Network Status - Network operations and performance level:
- London Datacentre (UK) -> Normal - no issues
- Houston Datacentre (US) -> Normal - no issues
Ticket Status - Tickets are currently being responded to: < 1 business hour
Weekly Maintenance: All Servers - Saturday evenings from 22:00
We perform weekly maintenance to all servers on a Sunday evening between 2200 and 0400. This time has shown to be the least active period for the servers and so any maintenance will have minimal effect.
