Network Status
0000 - 21st/22nd February 2010 - An upgrade to the main site and support server caused this server to be inoperable for a number of hours, the helpdesk system was also affected. The problem has been resolved. Thank you for your patience.
Order Status - Order processing is up to date and current..
Ticket Status - Tickets are currently being responded to in less than 24 hours..
Weekly Maintenance: All Servers - Saturday evenings from 22:00
We perform weekly maintenance to all servers on a Sunday evening between 2200 and 0400. This time has shown to be the least active period for the servers and so any maintenance carried out should have minimal effect.
