Order a Software Installation
As standard, all hosting accounts are supplied with a number of single-click installations for a wide range of PHP, CGI and mySQL based applications.
Occasionally there is demand for an application that is not available as a single click install. Usually clients install this type of software themselves however due to time restraints (or installation problems) we are often asked if we will perform the software installation on their behalf. We take care of the file upload, the directory permission settings and creation of the mySQL database(s).
Due to the high number of requests we have been receiving we are now offering a software installation service for a fixed installation fee. This fee is simply a one-off software installation - no training or user guide to the software are provided, no license is granted. We are simply saving you the installation time and trouble.
Your hosting account must be with us. Installation is completed within 3 business days. The installation is provided as is. The installation is provided as a working basic install, if this is subsequently "broken" by the user then no fix will be provided. A new installation can be purchased if required.
