Details
We have unfortunately suffered a serious outage on MICROLITE2, our engineers have been working through the night to retrieve backups and restore sites to a new server - we have done our best to minimise data loss.
All usernames and passwords remain the same however there are two changes.
You must now access your Hosting Control Panel using the link below:
http://server.microlite17.com
(and not
http://server.microlite2.com
)
Your FTP hostname is now:
server.microlite17.com (and not server.microlite2.com)
Your email configuration settings (in Outlook etc) remain unchanged.
The new server is a higher performance server running the latest Linux Operating System, PHP 5 and mySQL 4.x which will result in greater performance and reliability benefits.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused, we are doing our utmost to resume normal service as soon as possible.
