Details In order to reduce SPAM levels to all hosting accounts we have applied the latest Sendmail and Ensim security patches. This has had the effect of removing the catch-all email accounts.

However it seems some customers are relying on catch-alls for important emails which increases SPAM to your account. This problem can be resolved by following the instructions below and adding aliases to define valid email prefixes.

If you have not defined email aliases within your hosting control panel then you should do so now as any email sent to @yourdomain.co.uk will be rejected unless an alias or user exists.

For example, your default email user is "adminXXXX@yourdomain.com"

To accept email sent to "info@yourdomain.com" you need to login to your Hosting Control Panel and add an alias "info" and select your "adminXXXXX" as the forwarding account. This will ensure all email sent to "info@yourdomain.com" is collected by email user "adminXXXXX".
