"Recently registered two domains and am hosting with UK-Cheapest.co.uk. One domain was set up and hosting just after a few clicks. The other I had problems, which was due to my error - a very simple error. After much patient looking into the problem, my error was discovered and fixed. Everything is fine. Support and Timing excellent!
"Just upgraded to the Plesk control panel. Nothing sensational in that other than the support and timing was excellent. Communication was brilliant, allowing me to ensure my site was backed up, informed of the activation and given help when reconfiguring the new site. It's often easier to retain business than go chasing new custom but many companies often ignore this hoping complacency has set in. Not with Uk Cheapest it seems. Long may it continue."

Affordable, A+ Support
"Went with Uk Cheapest after a few years with a large american host company (that one who advertisers during superbowl). I save money, got a better admin interface (latest plesk cp), multi domain allowance and as I am based in Uk there support is always on hand and always get a+ support. Earlier this year I moved to a Vm with another host but soon moved back as I realised that Uk Cheapest offered everything I needed and it was daft to pay more for something I didn't use. keep up the good work guys."

First Class Service Response
"I experienced difficulties with Nameservers when setting up an additional domain on my account (the domain had been hosted by another provider). Uk Cheapest were quick to respond, quick to resolve, polite, friendly and most of all professional. Cheap hosting doesn't necessarily mean second rate service and Colin, James and Malcolm on the Help Desk proved this. I have two sites hosted and experienced no difficulties in getting them live. I was a bit wary as I use Dreamweaver but had no issues setting up the sites. I would definately recommend Uk Cheapest based on my experience so far!"

"I have had hosting with these guys for a while now for my website, and whilst it is true they represent really great value for money I have been most impressed with their service and support.
Recently I have had some problems and they have responded brilliantly to my enquiries. I am not technical but they always make it clear what needs to be done, and sort stuff out very quickly.
For example the response time to my emails asking for help has often been less than 30 minutes, and they don't charge extra for the help they give, it's all part of the service.
A very reliable, great value supplier, in my experience."
