The original sender controls this signature.<\/p><\/article><article class=\"ukc-organic-card\"><h3>DMARC checks alignment<\/h3><p>DMARC uses SPF and DKIM results connected to the visible From address. Strict sender policies can make some forwarded messages harder to accept.<\/p><\/article><article class=\"ukc-organic-card\"><h3>Reputation still matters<\/h3><p>AOL can filter mail because of sender reputation, message content, user complaints or other signals unrelated to your UKC forwarding rule.<\/p><\/article><\/div>\n<p>Forwarding cannot repair missing authentication on the original message. This is why one sender may work while another is rejected. Google documents the same general issue in its <a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/mail\/answer\/175365?hl=en\">email forwarding guidance<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"mailbox\">Should I use forwarding or a mailbox?<\/h2><div class=\"ukc-organic-grid two\"><article class=\"ukc-organic-card\"><h3>Email forwarding<\/h3><p>Included with a parked UKC domain. It sends incoming messages to an inbox you already use and is convenient for low-volume addresses.<\/p><\/article><article class=\"ukc-organic-card\"><h3>Custom Domain Email<\/h3><p>A paid mailbox option for parked domains. Messages are received directly and can be read at <a href=\"https:\/\/webmail.ukc.uk\/\">webmail.ukc.uk<\/a> or in an email app.<\/p><\/article><article class=\"ukc-organic-card\"><h3>Shared hosting email<\/h3><p>UKC shared hosting includes mail services managed through Plesk. Use the assigned ukc10.uk, ukc11.uk, ukc12.uk or ukc13.uk server hostname in email apps.<\/p><\/article><article class=\"ukc-organic-card\"><h3>Which is safer for enquiries?<\/h3><p>For orders, leads or support messages that must be retained, use a real mailbox and keep forwarding only as a convenience.<\/p><\/article><\/div>\n<h2 id=\"sender\">What if mail sent from my domain goes to AOL Spam?<\/h2><p>That is a sending problem rather than an incoming forwarding problem. Send through authenticated SMTP and make sure every service that sends as your domain is covered by its SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup.
