What is included with every UKC hosting plan?
Plesk Obsidian, SiteJet Website Builder, WordPress Toolkit, Let's Encrypt SSL, Imunify protection, email hosting, Plesk Backup Manager, daily server-side backups and application installers are included. Capacity limits depend on the plan. Compare the plan limits.
Can I use WordPress or build a website without coding?
Yes. WordPress Toolkit is included for customers who want themes, plugins and content management. SiteJet provides templates and visual drag-and-drop building, and you can also upload an existing website. Compare website-building routes. Read the WordPress installation guide.
Can I host several websites in one account?
Yes. Basic supports up to 3 websites, Professional up to 15, and Unlimited has no listed website limit subject to resources and fair use. Each domain can have separate files, SSL, email and databases within the plan limits. Compare multi-site plans.
Does hosting include email?
Yes. Create mailboxes for hosted domains in Plesk. Micro includes 1, Basic 50, Professional 250 and Unlimited has no listed limit subject to resources and fair use. Compare email capacity.
Are SSL certificates included?
Yes. You can issue Let's Encrypt SSL certificates through Plesk without an additional certificate charge.
How do backups work?
Plesk Backup Manager lets you create, schedule and restore your own backups. UKC also maintains daily server-side copies; request a server-side restore through support. Visit the Support Centre.
Is UKC hosting fully managed?
No. UKC maintains the servers, Plesk platform, security systems and server-side backups. You remain responsible for your website content, applications, updates, passwords and customer-created backups unless a separate managed service is agreed. Ask UKC a hosting question.
Can I use an existing domain or move an existing website?
Yes. You can point a domain managed by UKC or another provider to the hosting account. Upload files, import databases and connect the domain through Plesk. Plan a live business migration carefully and ask support before changing DNS. Explore UKC domain options. Read the website migration guide.
Do displayed hosting prices include VAT?
