.support domain names

Give people a clear place to get help.

A .support domain can give customers an easy-to-remember route to help. It works best when the name identifies the organisation or product providing that help and the page explains the available support channels.

Who can register?

Standard registrations are offered under the registry’s policies. Reserved and premium names are treated separately. The domain name does not confer professional credentials or rights to another organisation’s name. Our search accepts 3–63 ASCII letters, numbers or hyphens before .support, starting and ending with a letter or number. Registry guidance (opens in a new tab)

Choose with confidence

Is .support right for your idea?

Make the provider unmistakable

Display the business or product name and link from its main website. A support address should help customers recognise the genuine provider, particularly before they share account information.

Explain how and when to contact you

List support hours, ticket routes and any limits on the service. If the site is a knowledge base, give visitors a route to contact a person when an article does not solve their problem.

Use one address across customer materials

A dedicated help address can appear on packaging, invoices or setup instructions. Keep redirects working when the underlying helpdesk platform changes.

Questions about .support domains

Does a .support registration include helpdesk software?

No. The domain is an address. You can connect it to compatible helpdesk software, a knowledge base or your own support website.

Which .support registration periods can I choose?

Standard .support registrations are available for 1, 2, 3, 5 and 10 years. The prices shown are full term charges. Confirm the registration term and future renewal price in your order.

Can I connect a .support name to my existing website?

Yes, if your website service supports custom domains. Domain registration and the website service are separate; follow the service’s DNS instructions when connecting them.

What happens after I find a domain?

Add one or more available names to your basket, then continue to registration. Enter the owner details and review the registration term and total before payment. Availability is provisional until the registrar confirms registration.

Will UKC charge me automatically at renewal?

No. UKC sends renewal reminders and an invoice. You need to pay the invoice to renew; UKC does not automatically charge you. Keep your contact details current so you receive reminders.
