Choose UKC or external nameservers and manage records when UKC parking DNS is authoritative.

Website and forwarding

Build a Domain Website, redirect visitors or connect the domain to another service.

Email options

Manage included email forwarding and any Custom Domain Email mailbox attached to the parked domain.

What if you cannot find the domain?

Check the account email

The domain may have been ordered under another customer account or an older email address.

Reset the password safely

Use the Client Area password-reset route and check the inbox associated with the account.

Confirm the domain spelling

Search for the full name and extension, especially when several similar registrations exist.

Ask support to locate it

Open a ticket from the account and include the domain name, but never send a password.

Domain control questions

Is DCP a separate login?

No. Current domain management begins in the UKC Client Area under My Domains.

Why can I see the domain but not DNS Manager?

The domain may use another provider’s nameservers. DNS records must be managed by the active authoritative provider.

Can I manage hosting from My Domains?

Domain and hosting services have different controls. Open the hosting service to reach Plesk.

Should I share my password with support?

No. UKC support does not need your password. Use the official reset process if you cannot sign in.

Manage a UKC domain

Start in My Domains and choose the required Domain Tool

If the registration is missing, open a ticket from the customer account.
