We have started a planned server upgrade and migration cycle across parts of our hosting platform, running from 21 July to 7 August 2026.
This work is part of our continued investment in modern hosting infrastructure, newer hardware, improved performance, stronger security, and access to the latest platform features. As websites and applications continue to evolve, keeping the underlying hosting environment modern is essential for reliability, compatibility, and long-term service quality.
Most migrations will be handled by us, and in many cases no action will be required from customers. However, some services are being moved to new server infrastructure as part of this programme, and this may involve changes to server names, IP addresses, or other hosting details.
If your hosting service is affected, we will contact you directly with any information you need. Customers using our nameservers will usually not need to make DNS changes manually. Customers using external DNS, custom records, third-party nameservers, or services that depend on a fixed server IP address may need to update their DNS or related configuration when advised.
We recommend that customers avoid making major website changes during their scheduled migration window once notified.

Migrations have now begun for services hosted on UKC01, UKC02, and UKC03, which are being migrated to UKC11.

During migration, customers using Sitejet may see a notification advising that their site is currently being migrated. If you see this message, please wait until the migration has completed before making further changes in Sitejet.
