Choose PayPal at UKC checkout when it is offered, then complete the payment securely on PayPal
The available payment methods are shown for the order, currency and account at checkout. If PayPal is available, UKC sends you to PayPal to authorise payment and returns you to the order afterwards. Confirm the invoice is marked paid before assuming a domain or hosting service will be provisioned.
How do you pay a UKC invoice with PayPal?

Check the services, registration term, renewal information, VAT and total before choosing a method.
- 2Select PayPal if offered
Choose it from the payment methods and continue using the checkout button.
- 3Authorise with PayPal
Check that you are on a genuine PayPal page, sign in securely and approve the displayed amount.
- 4Check the UKC invoice
Return to the Client Area and confirm the invoice says Paid and the order is progressing.
How can you pay safely?
Start inside UKC
Open the invoice from the Client Area instead of following an unexpected payment link in a message.
Check the destination
Before entering PayPal credentials, inspect the browser address and secure connection.
Never share passwords
UKC support does not need your PayPal password, full payment-card details or one-time authentication code.
Keep confirmation
Retain the PayPal transaction reference and UKC invoice number in case reconciliation needs investigation.
What about future renewals?
Review the payment method and automatic-payment status shown in your UKC account and PayPal. A successful first payment does not guarantee every future invoice will be paid automatically. Keep contact details current and check renewal reminders before the due date.

PayPal says paid but the UKC invoice is unpaid. What should I do?
Do not pay again immediately. Open a billing ticket with the UKC invoice number, PayPal transaction reference, amount and payment time.
Can UKC see my PayPal password?
No. PayPal authentication takes place with PayPal. Never send credentials or authentication codes to UKC.
Can I change the payment method on an invoice?
Open the unpaid invoice and use the available payment-method control. If it cannot be changed, ask billing support.
