Plesk hosting login
Use the server address and credentials in your UKC hosting welcome email
Every current UKC shared hosting account is managed through Plesk Obsidian. Your welcome email identifies the assigned server, control-panel address and login details. Use that server address rather than an old bookmarked panel or an unrelated domain login.
How do I log in to my UKC hosting control panel?
- 1Find the hosting welcome email
Look for the message sent when the hosting service was activated. It names your server and provides the control-panel route.
- 2Open the secure panel address
Use the exact HTTPS address from that message. Current shared hosting servers are ukc10.uk, ukc11.uk, ukc12.uk and ukc13.uk.
- 3Enter the hosting login
Use the Plesk username and password for this hosting account. These are separate from your Client Area account unless you have set them to match.
- 4Check the correct subscription
After login, confirm the expected domain and subscription appear before changing files, DNS or email.
Where can I find or replace the details?
Welcome email
Search your inbox for the UKC shared hosting activation or settings message. Check spam and any account contact address used when ordering.
UKC Client Area
Sign in to review the active hosting service and account communication. The Client Area is also the correct place to open a support ticket.
Forgotten password
Use the password recovery option on the relevant login page. Avoid repeated guesses because temporary security blocks can follow failed attempts.
Unknown server
Tell Support the hosted domain and service. We can identify the assigned server without asking you to send a password.
Why will Plesk not let me log in?
The page does not load
Check that you are using the assigned server address over HTTPS. If the server is reachable on another connection, include your public IP address in the support ticket so a security block can be checked.
The password is rejected
Confirm that you are using the hosting username rather than an email address or Client Area password. Reset the credential instead of repeatedly retrying it.
I see a certificate warning
Stop and compare the address with the secure server URL in the welcome email. Do not continue through a mismatch warning merely to reach the panel.
The domain is missing
You may have opened a different subscription or account. Check the service name and ask Support if the expected hosting account is not listed.
