Custom Domain Email uses webmail.ukc.uk. Shared-hosting mailboxes use the webmail address for the assigned UKC server, such as webmail.ukc10.uk.

How to sign in

Open the correct address

Use HTTPS and check the hostname before entering a password.

Enter the full address

The username is the complete mailbox address, including the part after @.

Use the mailbox password

This may be different from the Client Area or Plesk account password.

If webmail does not work

Password rejected

Reset the mailbox password from the relevant control panel, then try a private browser window to rule out saved credentials.

Certificate warning

Stop and check the hostname. Shared hosting should use the assigned server webmail address to match its certificate.
