Two-Factor Authentication for Your UKC Account

Account security

Two-factor authentication protects your account even if a password is exposed

After the password, the account asks for a second proof such as a one-time code. Enable the options offered in your security settings and keep recovery information somewhere safe.

Check junk mail, verify the account inbox is working and use only the newest requested code.

Authenticator code

Set the phone date and time automatically, then ensure you are reading the entry for the correct UKC account.

If you lose the second factor

Use a recovery option you saved during setup. If none is available, open a support ticket. Identity verification is required before account security can be reset.
