UKC If you have made an error in your actual domain name then it can not be cancelled unless we have been notified within 10 minutes of your order.
Domain Names can not be cancelled once registered, unfortunately the registrars do not allow this action to take place.
You may have expected to add your Meta Tags (keywords, Description, Title, etc) when you placed your order? This is in fact not required.
When the search engine bots visit your website that we submit for you, then they will index the Meta Tags that are included on your website at this time.
If you update your Tags at any point then the search engines should update your Tags when they next re-index your website.
Choose the right website editor
Most customers now use Domain Website Builder or Sitejet. Domain Website Builder is included with every parked domain. Sitejet is included with shared hosting. Web Presence Builder is a legacy editor kept quietly available for existing sites.
Your domain is parked with UKC and the editor is available from Domain Tools. It creates an AI-assisted single-page site with unlimited edits and an advanced HTML option.
You have UKC shared hosting. Open Plesk, then Sitejet Builder. It supports a more capable multi-page website and is included with every hosting plan.
An older hosting website may still use this editor. Keep it only when maintaining that existing site and consider rebuilding in Sitejet.
Use the Client Area account that owns the domain or hosting service.
Choose My Domains for a parked-domain site or My Services for shared hosting.
Use Domain Tools for Domain Website Builder or Plesk for Sitejet.

Start from your service
Open the domain for Domain Website Builder or the hosting subscription for Sitejet.
Your personal details such as home address, telephone number can be hidden from .uk domains by using the Nominet WHOIS opt out. This is available to all individuals who register a domain name as long as it is not business use.
Your personal details cannot be hidden from any other extension such as .com, .net, .org.
If you have a .uk domain name and wich to activate the WHOIS opt out facility simply login to your Domain Control Panel and update the WHOIS opt-out status to Enabled.
To download your webmail to your computer, set-up the POP3 details for this account in Outlook or other email program which you may use.
