How can I log in to my domain name control panel (DCP)?

If your domain name is registered with UK-Cheapest and has not expired or been transferred, then you have the ability to login to your domain control panel.
If you do not have your domain login details, then click cancel on the page above, and follow the links to be able to have the login details emailed out again.
Remember you must enter the email address that was used when the order was placed, and this is the email address the login details will be sent to.
Please note that the Safari browser will not operate the login screen, please use Internet Explorer or another alternative instead.

I updated my nameservers but my domain is not working?

When you update your domain nameservers it will take up to 72 hours for these nameservers to be recognised across the global internet.
If your domain name still does not work after this time, then you should check that your web host has given you the correct nameservers for your domain name, and that they have set up your domain on their servers.

Can we phone you back for support?

We are not able to telephone you back in relation to support for your account or sales questions.

You should always submit a ticket via our eSupport or speak to us on Live Support in order to contact us.

Do the servers support ASP?

e primarily use Linux servers, and do not support ASP scripting.

For best results with ASP you should use a host with Microsoft servers.

Why is my current email address so important?

It is vital that we always have your current valid email address.

All renewal reminders are sent to the email address that we have on record for your account, if your email address is no longer used then you will not receive renewal reminders and your card will be auto-billed.

Without services being renewed, you will lose access to your domain name, website, and submission services.

You should ensure if you change your email address, that you notify us via the helpdesk from your old address prior to the change.

It is your responsibility to alert us if you change your email address!
