Use your registered email address to sign in to the Client Area
The Client Area is where you manage domains, hosting, email, invoices and support. If the password is not accepted, reset it rather than repeatedly guessing.
Sign in safely
Open the Client Area
Check that the address begins with billing.uk-cheapest.co.uk before entering credentials.
Enter your email
Use the email address registered on the UKC account, not necessarily a mailbox hosted by UKC.
Complete security checks
Enter the requested verification code if two-factor authentication is enabled.
If you cannot log in
Password not accepted
Use Forgot Password and follow the newest reset email. Check junk mail and avoid requesting many links in quick succession.
No access to the email address
Open a support ticket. UKC will need to verify account ownership before changing security details.
