Do I have to pay VAT even though in my country we don’t pay?
Value added Tax (VAT) at the current rate is added to all UK-Cheapest invoices. This applies to both EU countries and non-EU countries.
This is a ruling by HM Customs and Excise because the service is supplied in the UK and not the country of the ISP or registrant.
You may be able to reclaim VAT in your own country. Please see the HM Customs & Excise website for details.
I have not received my settings email, what do I do?
Upon processing of your Domain Name Registration and/or Hosting Configuration we send you an email containing all the passwords necessary to login to your control panel and manage your account.
If you have not received your settings e-mail, your registered email address is either incorrect, inactive, over-quota or may have active mail filters (e.g. Hotmail filters set to “high” will cut out most automated e-mail).
Please request a replacement settings email, quoting as much information relating to your order as is possible, including your order number.
How do I upgrade my Site Builder account?
Your original Site Builder Login email contains an Upgrade link, use this link to upgrade your Account.
How many sites can I build with Site Builder?
Each Site Builder account is tied to a single domain name however there are absolutely no limitations as to how many different templates you can use with the domain name.
You can change your template as often as you wish with no additional cost.
