RALB’s review of UK Cheapest

The overall help I received was very good. Sadly, there seems to be no opportunity for telephone consultation. had there been, a lot of time could have been saved. My level of computer knowledge was never questioned. Too much technical speak has to be explained. As a man who is in his late seventies, I use a computer, I don't understand their insides, and language ambiguity results. The clarity of the final help message could have been employed earlier. I thank the level 2 help desk, but I suggest you check your responses with a non-computer geek first, to avoid having to repeat confusing instructions.
