How do I renew my Hosting Account?

We will send out your renewal email prior to expiry of your services. Your service will not auto-renew upon its due date.
You will not lose time by renewing early, and so you may also select the renew now option to renew via a different payment method.
If you later choose to renew your account after it has expired, then the renewal will start from the date that renewal was actually due, not the date of renewal.
It is advised to renew your services prior to the day that your service expires, otherwise if for some reason you do not renew on that day then your service will be deleted the next day!

How do I upgrade my hosting account?

Your original hosting settings email will contain a link to the Hosting Upgrade page that will enable you to upgrade your account.

If you are unable to locate this email, simply contact Live Support or the Helpdesk and ask for a Hosting Upgrade link.

You host my website, does this mean my domain is registered via UK-Cheapest?

It is quite possible that you bought your domain name from another agent and then changed your domain nameservers to point your domain name to your hosting webspace with UK-Cheapest. In this case the domain name renewals will still be billed by the company that you registered your domain name with initially, and they will retain control of your domain.

If you transferred your domain name to us, then we will be able to update your domain directly, and will invoice renewals directly to you.

I no longer need my domain name, can I have a refund?

It is not possible to offer refunds on domain names, the registry currently does not allow domain names to be cancelled once registered.

Therefore your domain name is yours for as long as you registered or renewed it for.
