Most hosting providers only allow you to host one domain name with each hosting account. Our multi domain hosting accounts allow you to share the resources of your hosting account with other domains.

This in effect means you can host entirely separate websites without purchasing extra web hosting accounts.

For instance. If you have a web hosting account with 5GB webspace and your account supports up to 5 hosted domains, then you can share this resource between your domains by creating 5 totally separate websites with a webspace allowance of 1GB each. You do not need to split the resources equally.

How to register domain names

Registering a domain name is easier than you may think.

You need to have some idea about what you want to register, then use our search tools to find out what is available. Once you find a suitable domain name you can have it registered in your name within 5 minutes.

Multi site hosting enables you to host several sites according to your hosting plan however you do first need to register the domain names using the normal registration process first as adding the domain does not register it to you.

In order to transfer your non-UK domain name to another provider you must first UNLOCK your domain name. The unlock function must be actioned in your Domain Control Panel (DCP).

Go to:

webmail.yourdomain.com

This will give you full access to your email via any web browser using the AtMail Webmail application which is installed for all web hosting accounts.

You can setup and create password protected directories within the Plesk Control Panel.
